Aluminum Motor Shell Extrusion

Henan Chalco has decades of experience in the design and manufacture of aluminum alloy extrusion die, and many technologies are the first in China. The company is equipped with 36MN, 28mn, 14mn, 10MN and many other extruders. There are thousands of sets of molds specializing in the production of aluminum motor shell, which greatly saves the cost of customer's mold opening and realizes the small batch production and order production of customers.

Die casting of aluminum motor shell

More than 30 sets of die-casting equipment are imported by the enterprise, and the products are all made of advanced mould and precision die-casting technology, so as to ensure high precision, compact structure, less burr and flash, and beautiful surface of die-casting products. For mass production products, advanced manipulator feeding soup and automatic reclaiming are used together with die-casting machine to realize full-automatic production mode, make product quality more stable and improve production efficiency.


Shot blasting

Through the shot blasting process, the oxide scale, sand sticking on the surface and the burr of the die casting are removed, so as to obtain the surface quality with surface decoration significance, increase the dislocation density of the metal interior, eliminate the surface stress, and improve the hardness and fatigue strength of the product.


 

Spraying

The company establishes a sealed and dust-free surface treatment workshop, introduces special spraying equipment and drying path, electrifies the plastic powder through the high-voltage electrostatic equipment, sprays the plastic powder on the surface of the workpiece under the use of professional electrostatic spraying equipment, and the plastic powder is evenly adsorbed on the product surface to form a powder coating; after the high-temperature baking, the powder is melted, leveled and solidified, and the plastic powder will melt into a layer Dense final protective coating with different effects; firmly attached to the surface of the workpiece, the product is more safe and reliable, full and bright color.

 

Surface Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrochemical treatment process. The surface of aluminum motor shell is given a layer of antirust, durability and decorative luster. Henan Chinalco's advanced anodizing technology, after the surface treatment of the aluminum shell, can obtain a layer of matte or high gloss required by customers, which makes it possible to achieve high-performance corrosion protection and dazzling color at the same time. From surface degreasing to surface sealing, Henan Chalco provides an ideal one-stop service for the finishing of motor shell aluminum.

Machining

"If you want to do good work, you must first sharpen your tools.". A clean and orderly processing workshop has been built in the current generation factory. More than 200 sets of advanced CNC lathes, special machines, processing centers and other equipment have been introduced, and special tooling and fixtures have been used to optimize the production process. A perfect lean production line has been formed to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.


 Monitoring and measuring device

In order to improve product quality and quality assurance capability, the company purchased high-precision three coordinates and spectrometers from Germany based on the configuration of conventional monitoring and measuring devices, further improving the supervision capability of product material and processing accuracy.
